Is there a way to take pictures from the phone straight to a
PC? Dont want to send them to a web site or whatever. I dont
want them out on the internet. Thanks.

You have to upload the image to your Picture Vault (which is pretty
secure) and then download it to your PC.

The SonyEricsson T608 may support the ability to Bluetooth images to
your PC, but since the phone isn't out yet I can't confirm this...
