Anyone have any similar experience with the Alltel IVR for minutes
used? Was fairly accurate the past two or three months but this past
month, based on minutes reported on IVR, I had 79 minutes left in the
billing period and the bill came with 202 minutes over peak plan. If
you back the minutes out, I would have hit my plan limit on September
1st and the billing period ended on September 14th. Alltel's customer
service rep said "well we do have a disclaimer about not all minutes
being up to date on the IVR", but two weeks late?
